How do I contact Lost and Found?

If you have misplaced an item during your stay, please email housekeeping@lacabanabrc.com so we can check if it has been found.

If we locate your item, we will gladly assist you in one of the following ways:

  • You can authorize someone to pick it up on your behalf, or request that the item be shipped to you.
  • For security purposes, we kindly ask that your authorization or shipping request be submitted in writing.
  • Please note that shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.
  • Items are shipped via Federal Express to ensure safe and timely delivery; however, we are unable to assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped.

For your convenience, please note that Valuables (such as jewelry, electronics, or wallets) are kept for six months, and Non-valuables (such as clothing, toiletries, or other items) are kept for one month.

As storage space is limited, items not claimed within these time-frames will be respectfully discarded.

We look forward to helping you reunite with your belongings as quickly as possible.
